Who are you guys?

Adjacent studios – The Playground is run by two best friends! KarmaTrain and CatintheHat. We both love the music scene, and new music.  As you all know KarmaTrain, he has been building a reputation for an ear for the next hottest tracks for the last 2 years.  All while developing his own musical talents and being a single parent.  CatintheHat is a serial entrepreneur, and more of a physical, and graphical artist.  Paint, clay, pencil are my preferred mediums.   

What are we doing?

We are building on our passion for music to build a focal point to highlight new music from all over the world.  And good music is good music, no matter if the artist is triple platinum or a natural just starting out.  You can be featured here. Interviewed here, exposed to the world here.

Development:

We are building this site and community in an ad-havoc sort of way and out of our own pockets, so we apologized for lulls in development as we figure out what should be on the site and how it should be executed expect lots of changes over the next few months.  

Are you affiliated or associated with anyone?

No.  we are presently independent.  Any business advertised presently on the site, is owned solely by CatintheHat.

End goals?

Move into this full time and give back through charity.
